Shipping Policies

Thank you for choosing Tiny Tummy! We're delighted to provide convenient shipping options for our nutritious pikelet and porridge packets. Please review our shipping policies below:

Domestic Shipping:

New Plymouth, Bell Block, Oakura and Inglewood (URBAN):

  • Flat rate fee of $4.90 for 1-12 bags.

Rest of New Zealand, including the South Island (URBAN):

  • Flat rate fee of $6.90 for 1-12 bags.

Rural addresses:

  • Flat rate fee of $14.90 for 1-12 bags.

Order over $70*:

  • Free NZ urban shipping on orders over $70 - use code FREESHIP to activate.

  • Rural delivery $14.90

  • *Orders of 13+ bags incur a $14.90 shipping charge due to additional freight costs.

Processing and Delivery:

  • Orders are processed promptly upon payment confirmation.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for delivery during peak seasons or public holidays.

International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer shipping within New Zealand.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

  • You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the courier service's website.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Unfortunately we can not ship to PO Boxes. Please also ensure you select the correct shipping option for your address. Rural addresses who select ‘urban shipping’, whether by mistake or otherwise, will be required to pay the difference in cost prior to any orders being dispatched. An email will be sent to explain prior to dispatch where customers will be given the option to provide an alternative, urban address, OR pay the difference via direct credit into our nominated bank account, OR cancel the order for a full refund.
